Pressing too hard can cause the tool to drag across the skin, leading to cuts or abrasions. 3) Low Speed: Always use the E-File on a lower speed when working near the cuticle area. Higher speeds can make it harder to control and increase the risk of cutting or damaging the skin. 4) Proper Technique: It’s important to move the E-File in the correct direction, and avoid staying in one spot for too long. There is also an auto shut-off safety feature which will turn the device off after 10 minutes of use. works well, but not for very long
bought mine a couple months ago, it was fairly good in the beginning even with the incredibly short battery life. yesterday it stopped spinning, now i have to buy a new one. wouldn't recommend.

It worked for about a month and a half and then just died. Was happy with it, so I was disappointed when it broke.
