Use the nano glass foot file by gently moving the file back and forth along the sides, bottom and heels of your feet with hard skin and thick calluses. May be used dry or wet with soap and water. For best results apply moisturizer or lotion to keep your feet hydrated and soft.
To clean brush off remaining dust from your feet and clean the glass foot files by adding soap and rinsing under running water. Keep in a dry area after use.
Do not use if you have diabetes, neuropathy, or any circulation disorder. Do not on foot warts. Do not overuse. Keep away from children.

Really solid product. Removes calluses effectively and is super gentle. Just don't over do it.
wayyyy better than a professional pedicure
my genetics didn't give me naturally soft feet, unfortunately. but this foot file works way better than a pro pedicure and amazes me everytime. I love feeling my feet after using this. it's best on the first use, so get a few at a time. you won't regret it. ohh, and don't push too hard....it's VERY effective!
