    Q
I've been using Lorac oil-free wet/dry powder for years, wd2.5. .Is this a similar product? .Is it a better product for me as I age? .What shade is most like wd 2.5?
    Asked by SP
    Official Answer By Lorac
This formula has less coverage than our Wet/Dry Powder. It has a sheer coverage. If you used WD 2.5, we'd recommend PF 3. Hope this helps! XxWas this answer helpful to you

    Flawless Coverage! Poor design!

I have combo skin and use full coverage foundation. This sets my foundation beautifully, provides full-glam, flawless face, and lasts all day with little touch-up necessary. I've been a loyal MAC girl for 10+ years. Still love MAC, but THIS is the best powder I've ever used. Worth every penny if you...

    Disappointed

Let me start off with my skin. I have oily skin that is somewhat acne prone. I have been using some topical gels and creams from my dermatologist to control the acne and scarring. So, I have a clean face ready for makeup. I put on some foundation, concealer, and top it off with this guy. I just use...

I've been using the same compact (another brand) for years. Decided to give this a try, as I typically only use it as a daily "refresher" to help keep my foundation looking fresh. This stuff is amazing! I love the coverage and it just blends so well! Definitely will be switching to Lorac powder from now on!

Describe Yourself Very dry skin, 35+

This powder, both me and my 60+ mother loves this powder. I am a makeup and skincare connoisseur so I try out a bunch of product and I keep coming back to this powder. My mother gets her make up from me and this is one product besides foundation that she doesnt want to try anything else.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

    Perfection

I've always been a liquid foundation wearer. However, as I navigate through my 40s, I've noticed that pretty much any liquid I use gathers into my pores and fine lines. I was aware of powder foundations but thought, NO WAY would they give enough coverage for my problematic skin (dark circles, oily in some areas; dry in others, sun spots) so I steered clear. Recently, I decided to try powder and my friend recommended this Lorac powder. AND YA'LL - my skin is perfection with this product. The key for me is that it has something to "stick" to. I put on serum, sunscreen, spray with a dewy setting spray, then apply the powder. First with a powder pouf then a brush to blend. Then I spray with the dewy setting spray one final time. Lasts all day with no settling, smearing or greasiness! And it doesn't feel heavy or cakey. I haven't reached for liquid foundation since discovering this routine.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

    Use to Set Foundation

So, as the title, I use to this to set my foundation - I've never written along since I have oily skin. Even though it's on the pricier side, it lasts me several months, so to me, it's worth the price tag. I am oily, so especially across my T-Zone, I need to touch up throughout the day, but that's normal for me. I think this is the third compact that I've gone through, and I really do love this stuff to set my foundation. Huge plus, it's fragrance free!
