Worth every penny!
I've used a pair of flat irons from this brand before and my naturally curly hair felt like SILK! I forgot which exact ones that I used so I took a chance and got this model. The reviews were great but also the price. I was so excited to use them when I got home. My hair was so silky straight by the...

Infuriating
I've had 2 of these now. The first one I exchanged because it started turning off while doing my hair. Thought at first I was hitting the button so I changed how I held it to prevent that and it was still turning off. Sometimes you get a dud, so I exchanged for the same thing and now I'm running int...

Good for the price
I got this one because my previous flat iron wasn't working well anymore and at the time I didn't want to pay for the other versions. This one works really good for my fine 3c hair and I've had it for about 2 years now. I just make sure I use an alcohol wipe on the plates each time I'm about to use it so it doesn't have build up and straightens correctly. Sometimes I have frizz but its likely a user error or not using a finishing spray
Sooo Disappointed...
The metal plates don't close completely and/or tight enough, so when you try to do waves or curls, your hair just falls right out when you twist.

Love it It really works and smooths the hair
8 Years??
I've had this flat in iron since I was finishing middle school, I'm now well into college and it's working perfectly fine but I'm looking to get the same one again just to refresh (since we all know hair products can build up on things over time). It's seriously so reliable. Just gotta make sure you unplug it each time because it doesn't turn off automatically.
Best for fine hair
Better results with fine hair. Thick hair should use the titanium version. I also use a heat protector.
