I bought this with the thought that itnwould be better for my hair type. I was using the Babyliss Titanium. It felt too bulky and did not get close enough to my root. It made my hair feel dry and did not add any shine. I returned it and bought the CHI, which I should have done in the beginning.
Going Strong For 10+ Years!
I have had this straightener for over 10 years and have only great things to say about this product. I have recommended this tool to anyone that has stick-straight hair as I do, along with those who have kinky curls. All have raved about this product like myself. 10/10.

This was an amazing straightener to purchase! I read several reviews on this one and on others too. My hair is naturally a little wavy, but is very long and very thick. I love this straightener because it heats up very quickly but also does not pull on my hair either. And I do not have to go over pieces several times either! Definitely recommend buying and shipping was very fast too!
