It's just okay
I bought this to replace my old Babyliss straighterning iron. This one is not as good for some reason. It takes longer to heat up, and honestly I just don't like it as well. I'll make it work, but I'm disappointed.

Disappointed whit the quality
This flat iron was not what I expected. After about one to two months of use, the plates started peeling, which made me realize they are not truly ceramic as advertised. It seems more like a titanium plate coated with some type of finish or paint. When using it on my hair, it would pull and tug, and sometimes my hair would get caught between the plates, causing breakage. Because of this, my experience was not a good one. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product.
