Came unsealed
Ordered online and the pencil was not sealed. Debating whether or not to return or just sharpen and spray with alcohol. Pretty sure it comes sealed in the store.

its pretty good its a little sticky but i still re buy it. the color is not the same as it is advertised but still pretty. the one thing i HATE is the smell. idk if its just me but it does not smell good at all. buy if you dony mind the smell. this is coming from a 15 year old.
