BondiBoost recommends using 3 times per week for optimal results. Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather and then rinse. Repeat as necessary. Can be used daily or every other day if desired. Follow with the Growth Conditioner for optimal results. The shampoo has a light rosemary sent, very refreshing and it lathers very well and washes out very easily. It left my hair feeling very clean but not stripped or dry. I would say it's a hybrid of a hydrating and clarifying shampoo.
