Dispense in hand and apply to body. Sun Bum recommends working from head to toe so you don't accidentally miss a limb. If you need help reaching your back, ask a friend - that's what they're for. Apply sunscreen liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb. Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more frequently after swimming/sweating, or after an aggressive towel dry. Always offer to share.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product, keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if a rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
Active: Avobenzone 3%, Homosalate 15%, Octisalate 5%, Octocrylene 10%.

Love sun bum
I just wrote a review on the zinc oxide and it's the same for this one!! I buy it every year and my kids love it!! It has a very light coconut smell and last for a long time. You will have to reapply after swimming or playing sports. But I think that's how it is for all sunscreens.

Strong smell and gave my skin contact dermatitis
I have sensitive skin and I wanted to use this sunscreen for my arms only. Used it twice and it made my arms itchy, blotchy, and red for a week. Very disappointed, not sensitive skin friendly and strong, odd scent.

Love the products I have sensitive skin and burn easily, this sunscreen works. I also use the hair sun protection so my scalp doesn't burn and get hair protection. I am covered from the head to toe. The face tinted moisturizer works well also.
