I love this stuff, I take 2 droppers in tart cherry juice before bed and I sleep better than I have in year. I also put 2 droppers of the Adrenal and Focus in the cherry juice. I actually have dreams again and feel like I'm actually sleeping. I feel more calm during the day, less edgy and stressed. Def recommend

I feel so much better when I take this. It helps immensely with blood flow and congestion. I notice the most difference in my collarbone and neck. I get super congested and low lymphatic flow in these areas and my glands in my neck. When I take this it helps move the lymphatic system and relieve pressure in the tissue.

I am not great about taking it preventively but this product definitely seems to help when I am having an attack. It doesn't taste great but who cares if it works? Not me!
