The original Revlon one step styler was perfect in every way except that it gets VERY hot. I was so excited to try the "upgraded" version that had more heat settings. Destroyed my hair
RUN. This dryer thinned my hair out/half of my head of hair is gone due to breakage caused by using this dryer (with heat protection!) once a week for a few months. You don't realize it is the tool until it's too late. Never had this issue with the original.My heart is broken over all the hair loss I could have avoided by using a different dryer 😞

I did not care for the bristles. Made my hair frizzy.
Works but no replacement brush
Why in the world would you make this brush removeable when you can't buy a replacement brush. If the bristles wear down the whole tool is useless. The dryer itself works great but what a waste if I can't replace the brush.
