I wished the formula was a little different I felt like I had a little trouble picking up the glitter from the tube and applying it to my skin! The formula does take a while to dry down which isn't my favorite because it was spreading but the glitter once's dried it was nice gave myself a new glitter winged eye look! This is a super cute afforable glitter liner that works great on its own or on top of a solid color matte liner. I find that for the full color payoff you need more than 1 layer but once it dries it doesn't budge. gifted by lagirl!
