How do you open the container?

The glass bottom must be twisted off the purple cap to access the foundation inside. Make note of the clockwise arrow at the bottom of the purple cap, this is the direction to twist the product cap off to access the foundation. Lay the product between your palms with the purple cap facing toward the ceiling. Press your palms tightly together and twist your top palm clockwise to remove the purple cap. I have a drawer full of foundations. This is the best. My skin looks flawless. Its so smooth looking and I feel it takes years off complexion. Its not cakey and not heavy but covers very well. I am 62 and this current photo. All I would like is a larger amount in jar. Runs out fast.

I love this foundation!
I have been buying this foundations for many many many years and love it!! However this purchase was not up to par with CG products.... was wondering if they have a new quality control company because this is not acceptable!

Obsessed with this product
I love the texture of this product! It is light and applies really smoothly. I would say this has a light to medium coverage. My skin still looks natural when I wear it, but smoother and glowy. My color match was perfect using the recommendation based on a previous powder I used. I love that it has vitamin C and sunscreen built into it and I can't smell it at all! I have seen it cheaper at other retailers, but I bought it here because I had a gift card.
Great for oily skin!
I bought this on a whim while looking for a product with spf. I was pleasant surprised at how well it color matched, and blended out. I have oily skin, occasional blemishes and large pores. This provides a natural matte coverage. It blends well too. I just use the sponge included with the makeup. Its my go to now! It stays on really well, and has not made me break out! I dont even have to set it with powder. If your someone who wants some medium coverage, natural matte foundation that holds well and feels good on the skin, this is definitely worth a shot!

Great Foundation for Dry Skin
I loved this product, I have never really used Covergirl products before but I was recommended this product from a Youtube video that came out a year ago. I trust that creator a lot, and they said it was an amazing product so I had to pick it up and I am really glad that I did. I applied it was a wet makeup sponge and it gave this amazing dewy skin like finish that didn't feel heavy for the amount of coverage that it gave. Will be 100 percent buying again and now I must try more cover girl products.
