TO USE. . . Peel away from the protective backing on the Non-Adhesive Silicone Inserts. On clean, dry, oil/lotion-free skin, position the Silicone Inserts on your breast and hold into place for a few seconds as body heat will help keep Silicone Inserts in place. If your body naturally runs cool, lightly dampen wet the Silicone Inserts, place on the center of your breast and hold for 10 seconds. Use the contoured backing to place your Silicone Inserts back on and in the velvet pouch for storage and travel.
IMPORTANT... To extend the life of your Silicone Inserts, gently wash with mild soap and air dry after use. When dry, place back onto the contoured backing to keep its shape and in the velvet pouch to keep from debris. May be used up to 100+ times!
If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the silicone inserts. They are easy to use and the pouch comes with the product is convenient for storing them when not used. Though the inserts are nonstick, they actually are great in staying in place.
Stayed in place
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These silicone inserts use your natural body heat stay in place, but they are very thin and were quite small. Which helped them to blend into a bra quite well. Removal was easy and cleaning them was simple with a little warm water and soap. A little pricey but you get 100+ uses out of them.
Great alternative to a bra!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I'm happy to see Hollywood fashion secrets come out with this style of cover up. It's a non-adhesive silicone cup that sticks to your skin, to hide any nipping. It's comfortable, and it doesn't show the lines around the silicone circle through your shirt when you have them on. It's a great alternative to a bra. I would say for these types of covers, because it's non-adhesive, it's recommended to wear for a tighter shirt so it stays in place, than wearing a baggy top. It's a great alternative for days you don't want to wear a bra, or don't want any bra straps to show. It's also reusable which is great. Will definitely become a staple in my wardrobe.
