- Clean and dry your skin --- no lotions or oils.
- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.
- Peel off the outer side backing and gently press into your bra or clothing to secure. Adjust as needed for your desired lift and symmetry.
- To remove: Slowly peel off and cleanse with mild soap and warm water. Let air dry before reusing. Reapply the plastic protective films for safe, clean storage.

Perfect
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Summer is all for tank top and dresses. This push up adhesive bra is a life savior in hot humid NYC weather. I love how it lasts all day and so many uses. They are lightweight and seamless. I feel comfortable moving around in hot girl summer!
1/2 cup lift
The bra cup sizes come a bit small. I'm usually a B cup size in which I got a/b. The adhesive lasted for about 5 hours but after it stop sticking to the dress. This is easy to clean and overall gave me some lift but not much more than a 1/2 cup. The adhesive part worked well overall without any skin reactions.
Not sticky enough

Sticky but weird fit
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Meant to be able to use without a bra and just stick to your dress/clothes and then to your breast but this is just weird it doesn't look natural and feeling like I'm constantly adjusting, only thing is that it really is sticky, might be better if they could connect in the middle, maybe not suitable for certain body types
