- Clean and dry your skin --- no lotions or oils.
- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.

Way to large padding makes it very unrealistic

They are comfortable and reusable
I have tried so many stick on bras over the years but these ones are better. It actually does what it claims, it does lift and without slipping or needing adjustment. They are comfortable and lightweight and reusable. Removal is pretty easy, no residue, no issues. It's an absolute must have for backless, strapless, or plunge outfits.
