- Clean and dry your skin --- no lotions or oils.
- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.
- Peel off the outer side backing and gently press into your bra or clothing to secure. Adjust as needed for your desired lift and symmetry.
- To remove: Slowly peel off and cleanse with mild soap and warm water. Let air dry before reusing. Reapply the plastic protective films for safe, clean storage.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These are a must have! I love how they can stick on to your bra or bikini top to give you that great natural lifted looking cleavage. They don't come with straps, they're individually wrapped, so you get amazing breathability instead of feeling constrained to a padded push up bra. They're nude colored so you can't even tell you're wearing them, and not see through at all. Definitely recommend to give you an extra boost and lift to your regular bra or bikini tops!

Skin side needs to be stickier

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This adhesive push-up bra works surprisingly well for certain outfits. It sticks securely to the skin and gives a nice lift, especially for lighter tops or dresses where you don't want visible straps. The material feels soft and comfortable, and it's easy to apply once you get the hang of it. I like that it's reusable, but the stickiness does start to weaken after a few uses, especially if not cleaned and stored properly. It's also not the best option for long wear or very hot days since sweat can affect how well it stays in place.
