- Clean and dry your skin --- no lotions or oils.
- Peel off the backing from one side and press the insert onto your breast, placing it at the outer base for a natural lift inward and up.

Unfortunately, the size was also too big for me, so I could not get the fit to look as natural as I wanted under clothes. think this could work much better for someone with a different shape or size, ut for me the overall look under clothing was not as seamless as I hoped. The quality itself felt nice, I just wish the fit and shape worked better for my body type.

Was like a standard stick on bra, you get clammy but it doesn't move. Stayed on all day and didn't smudge from my shirt. Love that it kinda stuck to my clothing fabric so it didn't move much either. Overall very happy with them!
