I received this item free for review. I've been using the ULTA Beauty Collection Night Shift Overnight Lip Mask for a few weeks now, and I'm thoroughly impressed. This lip mask has quickly become a staple in my nighttime routine. Pros: Intense Hydration: My lips wake up feeling incredibly soft and...

It's OK, but not great.
I really wanted to love the ULTA Beauty Collection Night Shift Overnight Lip Mask; however, I didn't. The product does work, temporarily. It's moisturizing, but it's super heavy and very greasy. This is supposed to be an overnight mask, which is fine… but due to the greasiness, it transferred onto m...

Disappointed
I couldnt get passed the smell. I tried it at night and wipes it off IMMEDIATELY.. tried it again and nope I'll stick to Laneige
Favorite lip mask I've used
I love this stuff! I buy and use a lot of lip balms, but I was looking for a product to revive my lips overnight when they get ultra dry (otherwise, I have the nervous habit of biting my lips). I used to use lip oil and Vaseline together overnight, but even though this lip mask feels like Vaseline, it achieves better results in half the time! I can see and feel a massive difference when I wake up after one application. I probably use this once every week or two for "lip emergencies," and I maintain the results during the day with Aquaphor or Burt's Bees conditioning balm. I don't apply lipstick very often, but I use this stuff the night before I know I'll wear any to ensure my lips are smooth, and it's never failed me yet! I personally prefer that it's flavorless; it doesn't even have a greasy chemical taste that some flavorless products have, in my opinion. It is pretty thick and a little bit tacky, but I prefer that texture as well. You just might have to wipe off the excess in the morning. I'm not a huge fan of the spherical packaging because I can't really fit it anywhere in my makeup box drawers, so it just sits out on my nightstand. I also wish more came in the container. Overall, though, I love this lip mask and have already purchased more!
Stinks
Product smells like wet paper. It is definitely sticky but I can overlook that, as I wanted this as a night mask. The jar is also obnoxious and hard to get into, but it is cute, so half a star there. Overall, I do regret this purchase. I'm trying to use it as a nail mask now, so at least I get SOME use out of it, because this mess is not okay as a lip product.

Comments about Night Shift Overnight Lip Mask
This lip mask was a sticky mess that didn't seem to do much in terms of leaving my lips moisturized. Not a huge fan of this product.
New formula is horrible
I've bought this many times and keep jars in my purse, in my bathroom, and on my bedside table. It's my holy grail and the only thing that has ever healed my permanently dry lips. I bought five a while back when I last restocked and can't believe how badly this has been ruined. It's actually left my lips chapped and crusty. This was phenomenal and there was no reason to change it. I've thrown all the jars I bought in the trash and my annoyance is immeasurable. Bring back the original, please.
