I used the #3 and #4 kits previously but have stopped using during the past few months and since I sopped, my hair is thinning so much worse. I am on a lot of medications and never had any problems previously while using these same medications, but I am wondering if I would have any problems with this serum due to the same medications. My hair is very damaged right now so I thought I would try this serum as well as the kit #4 again.

New to me
Too soon to grade on effectiveness - have been using this for only 2 weeks. Smells great! Easy to use if you don't fill the dropper completely, otherwise, since it comes out quickly, it tends to flow onto to your face. Doing smaller areas at a time works better than larger areas.

Hair Type Straight Hair
One thing I really like about this product is the fact that it is a nightly use product. It doesn't make your hair greasy or weigh it down. Also, it soakes into your scalp and doesn't leave any residue on your pillow. I have hopes that this will improve my thin hair.
Excellent product. Works well.
I originally gotnthis for my husband, and it worked for him. I have very fine hair which means it's fragile too. My husband encouraged me to try it and eventually I did. It works within a week and if you use it everyday over time it will increase the thickness of your hair. Yes, it is expensive, However, it is worth it because it does work. It also smells really good and is a very relaxing scent before bed.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
About one month ago, I bought my first bottle and I love it! I am also using the fall defense and two other products as well as the Nioxin vitamins. What I can tell you is that in the morning, my hair is soft and almost looks like I went to the salon. With the combo of products, the hair is no longer falling out in my brush. I finally went to my hairdresser and she noticed the moisture in my hair and that there wasn't a fistful of hair in her brush. Thank you Nioxin for your product!
Works slowly but surely
My hair is very fine and thin normally and I shed quite a lot, but after starting a semi-glutide last summer, I noticed I was losing a lot of hair and my scalp was more visible when my hair was wet. I started using this at the end of December. Now in early May I can definitively say that it's working! My hair isn't magically thicker but I'm losing a lot less hair when I comb it and there's more growth around my edges and my scalp. My hair also has more volume compared to its usual flatness. It's a little expensive and when I saw how small the bottle was, I thought it was a ripoff, but I use it every night and I do a few more drops than recommended and I still have 2/3 of the bottle left after 5 months so it is worth it! Also I was worried about the smell because I saw a lot of complaints in the reviews. Personally, I love it—it smells like clean and expensive to me, like D&G light blue perfume—but if you're sensitive to smells or prefer unscented, this is not it. I'm going to buy more as soon as this runs out but at this rate that won't be for awhile!

I bought this to help with thinning hair and hair shedding. I've been using it daily for almost 2 weeks and haven't noticed any hair growth but I feel like there has been less hair shedding in the shower and in my hair brush. It says on the bottle it takes a couple months to work so I will continue to use this product, I use it at night and it doesn't make my hair greasy even if I don't wash my hair daily. There is a bit of a smell to the serum but it is tolerable and goes away.
