Careful, this will burn you
While this brush is very good it is also very dangerous. The top of the brush bows out and is plated in fake gold. This plating heats up within a minute of dryer and becomes very hot. When trying to brush hair underneath by the neck it brushes against the neck (barely) and burns. The burn so fas...

BEWARE THIS CAUSES SEVERE BURNS

This brush is very dangerous. As others have stated, If the top of the brush barely touches the skin, it burns immediately. I did contact Olivia Garden directly. They stated they have a note of the brush to avoid skin contact when using this product. They stated that this design is not specific to their company and has been used over 30 years. Ive been blow drying my hair for over 30 years and have never had this experience with any brush. Not worth the risk. Absolutely outrageous. When blow drying your hair and using a curling brush, it is almost impossible not to touch your skin. However if one does touch their skin the speed and severity of the burn is beyond. This should be discontinued immediately.

This brush is amazing! It has just the right amount of grab when working with thick, straight hair. The claim of reduced drying time is true. My hair felt smoother, fuller, and softer after use. I plan on buying it in a couple of different sizes.

I don't see how this brush is any different from any normal round hair brush, but costs way more. Also, the bristles on it are a little uncomfortable so it's kinda worse than other brushes.
