PREP:
Clean and prime nails.
TREAT:
Apply one coat of HYDRATE. Begin at the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail, encasing the free-edge.
LACQUER -- or -- LEAVE AS IS: Apply two coats of your favorite nail color, or leave as is for a natural glossy finish.
CONTINUE CARE:
Protect with two coats of STRENGTHEN. Reseal and protect the nails by reapplying daily for optimal results. After one week of consistent use, remove all polish and treatment layers using a non-acetone remover and begin the steps again.

Saved my nails
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I wear false nails all the time so my natural nails are super thin & weak. To the point of uncomfortableness. This nail system is making me actually have the option of not wearing false nails & being comfortable with my natural nails. The steps are simple & easy to follow. I could tell such a difference after just the first use. My nails are becoming stronger & seem to be thicker. This is definitely a holy grail in nail health recovery.

Just what I've been looking for!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Finally a nail system that seems to work! My nails are always brittle and weak, and don't grow well. Even after only a couple of week using this, my nails seem to be improving so much! I haven't had a nail break the entire time! It's easy to use and takes little time. Plus my nails look great with the strength treatment on. I eyed this set before but was hesitant, but am so glad I got to try it!

It stays on my bare nails without having to reapply constantly like I have to do with other polishes. I'm super impressed and immediately after one week my nails feel stronger and are growing!
