Official Answer By MONDAY Haircare - Brand Engage
Our formulas are considered gentle on hair and color safe, and don't contain common ingredients such as sulfates that can cause color to fade prematurely. Our COLOR PROTECT Shampoo and Conditioner has been made especially for color-treated hair though to help keep color from fading and supporting the vibrance and shine of your hair. Highly moisturizing

Visually, I think the bottle is great. The style and color is very modern, feminine and certainly looks like a high quality product. I was also very impressed with the light floral smell which wasn't overwhelming nor too perfume-y. Amazingly, my hair still smelled clean and fresh at the end of a wor...

I have a really hard time finding products that do not weigh down my hair or dry my scalp. I use the shampoo and conditioner every other day to wash my hair as well as washing my hair twice. It cleans my hair without leaving my scalp dry. Personally if you have thick curly hair I wouldn't recommend. If you have wavy hair I highly recommend! Always patch test/ buy the small version first :)

Not for me right now

I used this in conjunction with the conditioner for my wavy, medium to long length hair and it didn't work for me. I was looking for a hydrating shampoo/conditioner combo since I shampoo frequently. The conditioner left a film on my scalp that the shampoo didn't remove. I had to really target my ends exclusively to avoid developing a film on my scalp. I would have to use clarifying shampoo a lot more often, which didn't seem healthy for my hair. This might be better for different shower habits and hair types, but it's not for me right now.

I have been trying different hair care products to try and improve my hair health. I have wavy, medium to long hair that's neither super thin or thick. I wash it with shampoo pretty frequently, so I want to add more hydration back to my hair. This is the first product I've tried where it felt like a film developed on my scalp. I had to exclusively use it on my ends or else I have a pretty unpleasant feeling film/coating on my hair. Using clarifying shampoo more frequently might help, but I was specifically using the shampoo version of this conditioner, so I would hope using the two together would be the optimal combination. This might be good for another hair type or washing habits, but it's not for me right now.
