Why does it bubble every time and never dries hard?

If your hands are very warm, cool them by dipping them in cold water. Be sure to dry your hands thoroughly before applying nail polish. We hope this helps! I love sally hansen!! I always have! This is my favorite because it's clear and ca be used as a builder. Sally Hansen nailed it with this. The scent isn't bad. I've used builders that smell horrible

This gel top coat is the best I've tried! It goes on so smoothly with no streaks at all and keeps your nails looking fresh and beautiful. Just don't forget- it is gel so you do need to cure it!

This is a great top coat. It adds a great shine to my nails. It doesn't have a strong scent. I love the thick brush applicator. It dries pretty quick.
