Why does it bubble every time and never dries hard?

If your hands are very warm, cool them by dipping them in cold water. Be sure to dry your hands thoroughly before applying nail polish. We hope this helps! I love this, it really has helped me bring my nails back to life. It's easy to use and doesn't have too much of a scent. This has a good amount of product to last awhile. It didn't take too long to dry and has a nice shiny finish. It's not hard to remove either.

Has more of a builder gel consistency than a top coat. Dries quickly which can leave it bumpy if don't work fast enough. Does have a slightly strong scent.

I love sally hansen!! I always have! This is my favorite because it's clear and ca be used as a builder. Sally Hansen nailed it with this. The scent isn't bad. I've used builders that smell horrible

The product packaging was neat and it gave great shine !! Dries easily and love its fragrance!! Great thing is it's easy to remove !! I would highly recommend!!
