Apply Insta-Chrome Gel Step 1 & 3 over Red Carpet Manicure Gel Polish and cure for 60 seconds in LED light. Rub Insta-Chrome Pen applicator over nail. Reapply Insta-Chrome Gel Step 1 & 3 and cure for 60 seconds in LED light.
