I used the product on bare lips to give it shine and plump my lips. I can feel the Plump Shot working quickly. The thin applicator helps it go on evenly without any overage. The item worked well alone and over other lip products such as bullet lipsticks. The product lasts for nearly 30+ minutes. I enjoyed both the color of this product and how quickly it improved the fullness of my lips with minimal effort.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I really love this lip product. It was a great color, it worked well for plumping and smoothing the appearance of my lips, and it didn't leave a burning sensation like some lip plumping products do. (There was a definite tingle, but it was more like a menthol feeling than a burning sensation) My only complaint is that I wished it stayed on my lips longer, it does smudge off quicker than I'd like.

Love the color payoff and the consistency of this lip product. Just a fair warning, it is SPICY. I've used BUXOM before and this seems to be a lot more intense. Plumping effect is great but too spicy for me personally for an everyday lip.

I've been really enjoying the Buxom Plump Shot Shimmer in Luxe. The shade is a beautiful sheer copper shimmer that adds just the right amount of warmth without looking overdone. It gives my lips a glossy, juicy finish, and the shimmer is subtle enough for everyday wear. The plumping sensation is a cool minty tingle that's noticeable but not uncomfortable, and my lips feel hydrated instead of sticky. The plumping effect isn't dramatic, but it does smooth out my lips and makes them look a little fuller.
