I am very impressed with this toner! I have other pricier brands and this has been my go-to. The milky texture feels so good and leaves my skin feeling so smooth, soft and hydrated. My mature skin loves it! Will continue to purchase.
good for a budget but
i got this one when i was broke and i think the Thayers was sold out. it worked pretty well but takes a lifetime to dry and will feel sticky on its own. once i got the Thayers milky toner, i will never go back. but like it's pretty good for what it is.
