Unfortunately I Broke Out
I broke out after one use. I have sensitive skin and should have known better. Using it with water seems to help.

Ive shopped at Ulta for yearssss and i never write reviews for anything but this stuff is so amazing. You really dont need the high end stuff. This is gonna get you right!!! I just did my nighttime routine and finished my bottle and it lasted a few months. I will be at Ulta in the morning. Thats how crucial it is in my routine. Just get it

Wasn't sure it was helping until I stopped using it
This is a fairly unassuming milky toner, similar to Byoma but less fragrance-type ingredients (technically glycerin can be one according to SkinSafe). I thought it was a superfluous step in my regime. I skipped it entirely during a trip and I missed it! It gives an extra glow factor for my super-dry mature skin. I could even see it being one of very few moisturizer steps for younger, naturally supple skin.
I would buy this product again and again
I'm sticking with this toner it's the best I have tried in years
