I don't have tones of breakouts I'm 35 but I use sunscreen when I go running and sometimes if I don't wash my face right after my run I will get a blemish. I used this item but did not see any results.
Not necessary but nice
I read reviews before I purchased these, both here and online, so I wasn't too hopeful when I first bought them. I wouldn't say they're miracle workers but I think they help. I'm fair-skinned and any zit, popped or not, will leave pigmentation in its wake. I had this particularly persistent red mark on my cheek, the kind of mark that feels like there is something left to be extracted or like a scar forming, that wasn't responding to the scar gel I use for such occasions or easily concealed. I put one of these stickers on it last night and if it was at, let's say, a seven in intensity last night, it was at a much more manageable three or four this morning. Again, not necessary but helpful. If you're looking for some lightening but not expecting miracles, I'd recommend keeping a pack on hand for situations like mine.
Waste of money
Did not work at all. Left me with a big red circle welt instead of removing the tiniest dark spot. Now im more embarrassed and have a penny sized inflamed area
Cannot recommend
I am a light to medium skinned person. These are kind of like a Band-Aid where there's a center (that goes on dark spot) and the adhesive part around it that actually sticks to your skin. The adhesive part actually created a light circle on my face, but did nothing for the actual dark spot. Weird and annoying!
Works great
I got this product because of a spot I had on my chin and it really worked! I left it on all day and noticed a difference that night.
