Menopause is the worst. I never knew i could experience so much heat radiating throughout my body in nightmarish waves of torture. I'm not saying this kit will make you feel better about menopause but i am saying that whoever put it together put thought into the products and they do bring some relief. I love the calm patches. I'm a compulsive kit buyer and so many of them fall short. This is actually worth the price. I'm going to buy another and maybe even some for my menopausal lady friends.
