Every complaint listed is accurate. The clips do not hold at all making the rollers difficult and at times impossible to use. Called the company and (of course) they say they have never heard that complaint. I guess they don't read reviews on their products. They were of no help and basically do...

I love how convenient it is to clip these up along with the super non damaging clips to hold them in place! Only complaint is there's nowhere to store the clips and it's rather big

I HAVE VERY NATURAULLY CURLY HAIR SO I CAN ONLY USE THE PRODUCT WHEN I HAVE A BLOWOUT. I WOULD SAY A FEW DAYS AFTER YOUR BLOWOUT WITHH GIVE YOU THE BEST RESULTS AS WITH ANY CURL THE MORE "GRIT" THE HAIR HAS THE LONGER IT LAST. IT GIVES BEAUTIFUL VOLUME I DIDNT GET MUCH CURL BUT THA IS BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH OF MY HAIR. SMALLER ROLLERS IN LARGER AMOUNTS WOULD WORK BEST FOR ME PERSONALLY. I TRIED ON MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND SHE GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLIPS ON HER ENDS WITHOUT MUCH HEAT OR HASSLE

I was really excited to try the volumizing hair roller from Conair but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The rollers does heat up pretty fast and it does get hot My only issue are the clamps that holds on to the rollers when you roll your hair. After rolling my hair and using the clamp I kept having to adjust it because the clams did not hold too well.
