Not good for summer on oily skin

I'm almost done with this bottle so I can say I've used it enough to know if it works. I personally have oily skin and I've used this setting spray during the winter, summer, fall and spring. I have to say that when I used it during the winter, fall and spring it holds up pretty well. During the summer - especially the hot and humid Florida climate it doesn't work so well. Before I even leave my house I look shiny and super oily. This is supposed to be a matte setting spray and even though I use a matte foundation underneath my skin is shiny as soon as I step outside. I was really expecting this setting spray to keep me matte at least half the day in the heat but unfortunately it did not.
