Can you tell me step by step how to sharpen the lip liner? You sharpen the plastic?

Despite the plastic casing, rest assured, it will sharpen smoothly and effortlessly. To help the integrity of your product, we recommend using our Kylie Pencil Sharpener. Make sure you choose the hole size that closely matches the pencil. Insert the tip into the sharpener then turn the pencil a few times until the pencil is sharpened. We hope this helps! Its an okay product
The shade that I bought was too dark on my lips. I do like how its long lasting on my lips
GREAT
Love the Kylie shade, it is like a warm pinky nude, I just don't like that the liner is different than the liquid lipstick. They are dry but very comfortable, it does not get patchy and it wears out nicely. I wanna buy another pinkier shade!
Went Bad Within 2 Weeks
I received the item via shipping and the item was used. I exchanged it in stores where the associate apologized for it being sent to me as the lip pencil was clealry used and broken. The item had a gentle vanilla smell when I first opened it and within 2 weeks it went rancid and smells like fish. Since Ulta doesnt have a customer service email, I'm not sure what to do. So frustrating and a waste of money.

I ordered three boxes and they all came completely crushes and one of them was obviously used before. I will be returning. Im going to order straight from Kylie Cosmetics to see if there a difference in the packages. I was not pleased at all.
