Messy, Watery and Broke Me Out!!!
I recently purchased the Black Girl Sunscreen SPF 50. I normally use the SPF 30, which I absolutely love. The SPF 50 is watery and an enormous amount of it comes out with just a little squeeze of the container. Additionally, it leaves that horrible white, ashy film that does not absorb well at a...

Please put "lavender scented" on the bottle.
Bought this after enjoying the other Black Girl Sunscreen and wanting to try a hybrid. I was very disappointed using this and realizing it has a STRONG lavender odor and fragrance isnt mentioned on the front. I am breaking out and want a refund.

Black Girl Sunscreen (Make It Hybrid)
I used to use the Black Girl Sunscreen Kids Version but I realized I began to have some Peeling when I used it with my other skin care products. So I decided to switch to the Hybrid. It leaves a horrible white cast. And it causes my skin to have to some tiny bumps on my cheeks. I also noticed I was having more breakouts than normal. The texture is pretty good, but it will dry down Matte, & leave your skin oily as well. And it leaves your eyes with a stinging sensation.
No White Cast..Unless
I absolutely love this product! It is the last item i use in my daily skin routine die the morning! The ONLY time ive had a white cast on my brown skin is when i didnt allow the other products to dry prior to application. My esthetician advised me start usng sunscreen bc of my uneven skin tone.. I've noticed a huge differnce and i ALWAYS wear my big sunglasses to protect my eyes from dark spots
Overhyped Sunscreen That Broke Me Out
I didn't like that this sunscreen still had a scent even though it's labeled unscented. While it doesn't leave a white cast (which is a plus), the fragrance caused a mild breakout. It feels overhyped and heavily marketed to Black women when there are better options out there.
black girl sunscreen
i use mineral sunscreens because i have sensitive skin. i expect to have a white cast but the smell is too much. it needs to be fragrance free.
