Sprinkle a cap full of salt flakes into warm water and soak for 15-20 min.

My muscles needs relaxing after long and active weekends or days. I usually use more generic epson salts. I loved trying this one! The fragrance is lovely. The quality is nice and dissolved in warm water well. I felt very relaxed after soaking in it. Highly recommend.

Smells amazing and the salt shape is unique
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I use a lot of different bath additives like bombs, salts, soaks, etc. Lavender scents can feel very generic but this one is lovely. The large flake magnesium salt also feels luxe and unique. It's a bit pricey but thankfully it doesn't take a lot to make a difference. My biggest gripe is that it seems silly to have this manufactured halfway across the world and waste fuel, water, etc having something as simple as magnesium salt shipped to the US.

It's lavender with a hint of something warm like vanilla, and strong but not overpowering. I like that the salts are in a flake shape so they melt quickly and leave my skin feeling soft.
