Sprinkle a cap full of salt flakes into warm water and soak for 15-20 min.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] These bath salts are LUXE! the scent is strong in an amazing way and adds to the luxury of a warm bath. I love that they're magnesium salts to help me with muscle fatigue and at the same time promote a more restful sleep. The packaging is great bc it's all recycled and recyclable. Usage instructions call for one lid full of bath flakes and that portion is enough for a full bath. I love how the salts are flakes and it allows them to dissolve easier, no one likes sitting in a tub only to feel sandpaper beneath them from undissolved bath salts - that doesn't happen here. Overall these are great, the scent is amazing and adds a soft aroma to your bathroom for hours after.

I absolutely love these bath salts! Lavender is without a doubt, already one of my favorite aromatherapy scents, so I knew before I even opened this product that I was going to love it! The magnesium does a great job helping with sore muscles, and the scent is fabulous. It smells so, so good! The scent combined with the relaxing and calming effects of the lavender and just how fabulous it smells really gives you a spa like feel right at home. It also leaves your skin feeling really nice. I love taking baths but until I received this I really hadn't given myself that much needed relaxing me time that my muscles, joints, and honestly mental health needed. I think I'm going to change that now that I have found the perfect product. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
