Save yourself some money, use epsom salt
This product is ok, nothing I would ever purchase again though. I honestly had high hopes because it supposedly has natural ingredients for pain relief but smelled much like Bengay which I hate. Extremely soothing and relaxing soak
I received the Aching Muscle Super Soak complimentary from Elemis. I love using it on days where I'm feeling extra stressed or tired, especially after the gym. I run a hot bath and pour a few capfuls while the water is running. It slightly tints the bath a pleasant light blue color and creates some bubbles. The scent is herbal and calming, although it is a bit strong and even in the closed bottle you can still smell the scent exuding from the bottle. Overall it is a very soothing and relaxing soak. I enjoy using it a few times a week and look forward to it. I highly recommend this Aching Muscle Super Soak.

This is unlike most bubble baths I have tried before. It has a very medicinal smell that I wasn't expecting. I gave it a chance and wow! It really does work in your muscles. The smell makes sense now. This was gifted by elemis.

The Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak is so great after a long day. This bath soak is infused with energizing and uplifting extracts helps me relax at night. It has Rosemary, Thyme, and Clove to help relax the body. It was complimentary from elemis.

Relax
Gifted by Elemis in exchange for an honest review. I have been using the Aching muscle super soak for about a week and a half now. I love lathering this on my legs after a long shift. I work 3 12's throughout the week and sometimes I'm on my feet all day long. This product has helped my muscles relax a ton. Not to mention it also smells amazing!! I pour a little into my hands, lather it up, and apply it directly onto my body where I feel I need the most relaxation. My skin tends to be more on the dry side so I definitely noticed this product also giving it the moisture it needed! 10/10 recommend!
