Shake well before use. Keep the product upright and apply on dry and clean hair. Hold can approximately 5 inches from hair and spray roots in a light stream. Don't overspray. A small amount is enough. Please read instructions before use.

I have dark roots and when I sprayed this on it made my hair look bronze and dirty. I had to use almost the whole can you get just a little coverage and then it went away if you touch it. I really hated this product.

Weighs your hair down
My hair is light brown/dark blond, and the color matches fine, but it weighs my roots down so much my hair is super flat and gross looking. There's no shine to the spray, either, so it just looks dull and flat where you applied it. And forget applying it near your face; it stains your scalp and looks like you spray painted your hair. It's better than nothing to cover your grays, but I wish I could find something better.

This did not cover up my dark blonde roots at all. Not even a little.
It's not the best
This product really only works sometimes. When I accidentally got an Ana from Frozen white streak in my hair, this spray did deposit a crunchy hairspray like bit of color so that my mom wouldn't flip out. When I had to pull my sun-streaked hair (it really does lighten where the sun can see it) back into a bun revealing my hard water situation (clearly I need to tone with purple shampoo more often my hair was and odd dirty blonde with some orange. ) I did spray and spray and spray and my hair slicked back appeared blonde again. It was extra glossy but that was fine for a bun. I need it for specific times but if my hair is looking a little dark if I haven't gotten and sunlight or it's a little off due to my hard water situation, with my regular hair style down this spray just isn't going to show up. It's not that great. It's just ok.
