This product dries matte and does not transfer or slide on the skin. I used to use the Tula tinted skin primer and it never dried down and would also transfer or rub off in places even after powder. DIBs lovebeam gives a nice tint and glow without being shimmery. It also covers minor imperfections. It did layer well with my concealer and powder bronzer. I didnt even need powder under my eyes or t zone!

I love this product! I've tried it on its own, under makeup and mixed in with a foundation. It's a beautiful finish. It's matte but gives a perfect glow. If you want to use it as a primer, it layers really well under both liquid and cream makeup. This will be a staple in my makeup kit from now on!
