Apply the Longwear Brow Stain to a clean, dry face and brows using short, hair-like strokes. For a more defined look, use the edge of the applicator to outline your brows, then fill in with the flat side. Use spoolie to brush out brows into desired shape.

fake freckles
was actually looking for a freckle pen but drugstore priced ones were sold out and i'm not paying $40 for a freckle pen (sorry, tarte, but thats ridiculous) tested this brow stain on the back of my hand and it works like a charm! i have no idea how this product would work for brows at all but the stain works so nicely and looks so natural for fake freckles.
