Innovative, but the Ink Doesn't Flow

As someone who loves a sharp wing liner, I was excited to try Sacheu's Eyeliner Stay-N with the angled joint that makes this product unique on the market. Initially the swatches and try on seemed promising. I got a super sharp thin wing on the outer edge of my eyes, which is important considering th...ey are a bit downturned, and the angle I put the tip at makes for easier tight lining. The formula stayed decently on through 8 hours going out and about in warm weather, withstanding oily eyelids that tend to transfer products onto my eye bags. It didn't smudge nor turned into little film-like flakes around the corner of my eyes where liner tends to dissipate. A week later, the pen refused to work. The tip no longer receives liquid, only at the base of the pen does eyeliner puddle out. Even storing the pen with the tip downwards did not help. You also have to find the "right" spot for the joint angle to stay in place without it going slack. I got the color "Crisp Brown" but be warned that it is quite yellow pigment based. Even through thorough oil cleansing and remover, a yellow stain would remain on the skin. It's shame that the product properly worked for only a week after opening. I now have to finesse the product out on the back of my hand to get fresh liner on the tip and use the excess to get a line across my eyes before it dries.
