Used to be softer
I've been using this eyeliner for years, at least since 2014. It's the only eyeliner I like, and I usually love it. However, these past few months (from March, maybe February), the formula has become harder and dull. I love a dramatic winged eyeliner, but it became hard to achieve the desired effect...

For the price it is good, but it is a little hard.
I love this product
I bought a ton of different eye liners at every price point trying to find one that was the right color of dark brown, could do a thin line, and had staying power. This is my favorite, and for the money you can't beat it.

Eye liner is a non-negiotable for me. I've tried almost all the drugstore brands on the market at this point. This product has it all: long lasting, doesn't smudge, and great color payoff. Keep in mind I only use this product on the edge of of my waterline
