Super drying — how??
The initial application felt great once it absorbed and the raspberry flavor was pleasant. To test it, I applied no other products. After a few minutes, my lips started to sting/tingle. This Works
I can honestly say this works wonders. My lips are plump and i really suffer from dry peeling lips. I used this for the weekend and my lips have transformed. I didnt know it was a treatment. I huat started using at night as a lip mask but its truly healing. I had a really bad lip peel where i was bleeding and i could barely eat. This healed my lips OVERNIGHT
So good when used as intended
After exfoliating my lips I put this on, wait a couple of minutes while I'm doing other skincare, then an actual moisturizing balm. This step really makes a difference in hydration (not moisturizing) for the rest of the day. Same thing at night. This followed by a heavy occlusive and I'm happy.
lip saver
i have very dry lips that crack/peel non-stop, no matter what ive really tried. lip scrubs, balms, oils, etc. i decided to purchase this since at the time the price was half off, and i love it! it keeps my lips hydrated and smooth, and i feel like with my experience, it helped me reduce cracking and peeling on my lips. that being said, the price point in comparison to the amount of product you get can be somewhat laughable, IMO. after a few uses i could already see that the applicator was scraping the sides of the tube, showing that there really is not that much product in it. if they drop the price point i might consider buying the product more often. another thing i will say- is for the "Taste of Space" white shade, it WILL appear a little milky white whenever you apply it. after 2-5 minutes it settles to clear, and its really no big deal, but i wanted to point this out for anyone who gets surprised by it.
Life changing
I've been searching for a water-based lip product and this one here is a winner. My lips actually feel moisturized and I love to layer different lip balms to seal in that moisture.
I think people are using this wrong
So, I use this as a primer before other lip products. It totally locks in moisture and makes any other lipstick go on smooth and stay hydrated. Even the most dry liquid lips / matte lips look great. As someone with super dry lips, I think this is a godsend.
