People atleast would've kept buying cause it's the product they knew and loved but now along with alot of their other products, packaging and formula have changed making it comparable to drugstore makeup (especially the look and quality of the new packaging). loved the brand but will be moving on unless they start listening to consumers. Went from my fav makeup brand to a disappointment, the new packaging of this gloss was the final straw. Highly unlikely to purchase again unless they bring back old packaging.

My skin is not sensitive at all and I have never broken out before except for today were I used the lip plumper and my four friend all broke out in hives

Love the product and the old packaging. New packaging is definetly making me not buy this anymore. Im disapointed. Why did we downgrade. Change it back or atleast have both packaging as options for the public.
