I have just started using this product, but as opposed to other lip primers I am unsure it is doing anything. It seems when I put it on that it is very liquidy and does seems to water down the lipstick. I will try with other lipsticks brands To see if the work any better but I will probably just g...

Pretty Good if Used Correctly
I've experimented a few times with this product, and I think the best way to use it for me it to spread a very thin layer over my lips without getting it where the product would get "in" my mouth. When used this way, it does a reasonable job of improving the way lipstick on top appears/adheres to lips. I do apply just the exact amount of lipstick to get the look I want; I do not over-smear too much lipstick on my lips (which I used to do in hopes it will stay on longer, plus it was more fun to use lippies that way). The Lip Fix LIp Primer seems to help keep the lips stay moisturized while decreasing lip color transfer. I do not apply lip gloss over the lipstick color. I've given this product 4 stars because it does help affix the lipstick over it, but it is not a miracle product: - It does not erase or fill in lip lines, but if you use a thin layer, your lips will look nicer with lipstick over it. When I tried using it at first, I tried to "fill in" my lip lines by using too much. If you use too much, it will just be gloppy and you will get it in your mouth.

Goopy and didn't help my lipstick stay on at all. Yuck!

It makes my lip lines worse and I would not recommend it at all. I bought it based on the good reviews, but now I am super disappointed with a product that is a waste of money.
