All Spice with nothing nice!
I blind purchased this fragrance after a YouTuber claimed this was an extremely sexy, cold weather, date night scent. When I received it I couldn't believe how beautiful the bottle was but then it sprayed it on my wrist and was HIT with hot spice that nearly choked my throat. I hated it immediately....

Third L'Interdit line purchase… For Me.

I'll start with I'm a hetero male. I started with Absolu since it said for Women and Men…. Loved it. Then I was reading reviews of Angélique Rouge and someone said unisex so I figured I would give it a try. Again. Loved it. Now I purchased Rouge…. Love it. The heat and spice. And there very well done floral that is not off putting for a Man.. Very forward and empowering, a commanding presence without shouting. I love all three because there is nothing out there by other houses that come close to these. My last Givenchy was XERES Rouge from way back when. Decided to get reacquainted with the House. L'Interdit Rouge is now my go to for when i would have done XERES R. As an aside.
My new obsession
I am sooo picky on perfumes but saw someone on tiktok say this was such a good scent that i had to buy. I was nervous but oh my god. I would literally bathe in this if i could. Whoever made the review saying "mysterious and sexy" was 100% on point. The only think is that it doesn't last long so I feel I always have to reapply which sucks because it's not such a big bottle and it's a bit pricey.

This is my third bottle of this perfume! It arrives so beautifully packaged and quickly, too! Everywhere I go when I wear this scent, people are constantly complimenting me and asking me what fragrance it is. It smells divine.
sample was not the same as the bottle
Okay so I got the sampler from Ulta and this perfume was in it but in the sample bottle the perfume had a yellow tint and was thicker. It kinda splattered vs a fine mist like this. It's stronger and just a bit more potent (like the spicy was a good bit spicier than what's going on in this bottle). Makes me worry about the longevity I wanted and had from the sample bottle but I'll come back and update later how it lasts.
Unique & Sexy
Warm, spicey and yummy. Not like all the others. I had been trying for months to find something that didnt smell exactly like all the others that are out now. This is it! Gets lots of compliments and will now be my signature scent.
