Start at the inner corner of the eye, placing the eyeliner pencil as close to the lash line as possible. Glide across lash line for a precise line, or blend out (prior to formula drying) for a smokier look.
To access the sharpener, pull the cap off the back of the pencil. Twist the liner in a clockwise motion until desired sharpness is achieved.

Completely oil-less
If you do not have completely oil-less eyelids, I do not recommend. I did initial swatches on my hand + 20mins later rubbed my finger over it = didn't smudge. I then ran it under water and it didn't budge; but if you lightly rub it under water, it's still there but the color fades. Now… on my lids....

I'm very impressed with the pigment in this product. It doesn't stain the lower lid, or leave residue on your under eyes. For how well the product works, I think the price is worth it. Definitely a staple in my makeup routine.
