Works great in Florida heat & humidity!
This is now my go to setting spray. I normally use face tape foundation and shape tape creamy for my base and the products all work together flawlessly. One important quality that I accidentally discovered is this product is safe for contact wearers. You assume setting sprays that are being sprayed on the face are designed to be safe for contacts and eyes in general, but that's not always the case. I found out the hard way after using the wrong products (still very expensive) and my contacts dried out as a result which caused them to scratch my corneas. I ended up with mild eye injury because of bad setting sprays, quality matters and this product is a 10/10 in that department.
Didn't love it
I love Tarte, and I love most of their products but this was not for me. It made my pores more noticeable and did not keep my makeup on. It actually made me look more oily and made my makeup look cakey. I tried it 3 days in a row and nothing improved.
Makeup stayed in the humidity with this spray!
Bought this for a work trip to central and south America and the Caribbean. Let me tell ya, used as a setting spray in the morning and the make up wore all day long in the humidity and heat in the mid to upper 90s. It was absolutely amazing and didn't budge. Mid 40s , combo skin.

not a fan
I've tried this on a couple different occasions with different foundations and did not like it at all. I usually use morphes continuous mist or Milani make it last. I wanted something a little more dewy (Milani and morphe are 'natural' finishes) and picked this up. initially when I spray it, it makes my face feel tight. within 20ish minutes, my face looks so oily. I don't even have oily skin. I always end up going over it with a powder to try and calm it down. it also breaks my makeup up terribly. my other setting spray have a shine to them, but this is just not good.
