This stuff is sooo thick and sticky. The pictures were misleading, it looked like a more spreadable consistency. I usually like thick moisturizers/skin balms but this was so hard to squeeze out of the tube and spread even on my hands. I cannot imagine trying to spread this over my face. It's like th...

Received opened tester
I love this balm and have ordered it from credo before. I ordered two tubes from ulta and one came marked "tester" and was open and used. I was shocked this is even possible. Customer service refunded quickly but I won't order from ulta again.
non petroleum!
the best, no petroleum, better than aquaphore. short ingredients list. Just wish it came in a bigger size. its good everywhere, even lips.
Flawed packaging
I appreciate the consistent ingredients and quality of this product. However, it's extremely difficult to squeeze the product out of the tube which is VERY small.
Highly recommend for dry skin areas
This consistancy of this stuff is like Neasporan but thicker. I use it on my face during winter when I get super dry patches. Ans also in my elbows which are always dired out. It helps me not itch ir pick at dry skin too.
Inexpensive for product, good for super sensitive
Not on the cheaper side for this type of product, but it is great for sensitive-skinned people (I have eczema and am prone to dermatitis), its thick, no fragrance, better than aquaphor imo.
