Suitable everyday mascara!

I received this Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Sculpt Lengthening & Volumizing Mascara in Intense Black. This mascara states it will give you sculpted, extension-effect lashes and the formula provides ultra-lengthening and hyper-volumizing without flaking or clumping from root to tip. I liked the bo...x and packaging, it appeared very classy and high end. I like the tube and brush applicator as well. I also was impressed that it contains Biotin, Collagen and Peptides as the key ingredients. This product compared better to some recently new mascaras I have been trying out. I have been trying to find a new basic everyday mascara and this seems like it could fit the job for now. I like how it applied to my lashes, the formula was smooth, I did not experience any flaking, clumping or smudging while I had it on and I wore it for extended periods on certain days. It was safe for my eyes, felt lightweight and had long lasting wearability. I did not like that after 2 coats it was already starting to become stiff and therefore making a third coat impossible like it was advertised could be done. Sometimes even the second coat was looking a little too thick for my liking, so I mainly stuck to one coat application and was satisfied with the results of that for a basic everyday look. The mascara in my opinion is a little overpriced and the performance does not deliver to that price point. I would buy this mascara again; however, only at a reduced price, not full price. I would recommend this product to friends and family for the same reasons it worked for me and to at least try it because what might not work for one might work for another!
