Great Eyeliner
I love this eyeliner and purchased it in two shades. It glides on so smoothly and stays in place without smudging. When its time to remove it, it comes off relatively easily with eye makeup remover. I like that I can create a smoky eye or sharp edges with this eyeliner.

not good
I bought the pencil in the Twinkle Toast color. Wanted to use it for the waterline as they can sometime get a little pinkish. This pencil had almost no coverage. And I can see what other reviewers said about it falling apart when sharpening.. It may have better coverage in different colors... but not this one...
Does not budge
Tightlined my eyes with this eyeliner in the morning and went to the beach, spent a few hours sweating and walking around and this eyeliner is in the exact same place I put it. I have oily eyelids and after a few hours other eyeliners will be gone or drift to my lower lash line but this eyeliner held up amazing.

I wasn't sure about the colour when it first arrived, but loved it once on. Creamy formula that smoothly glides on. Definitely seems to be water and smudge proof as stated. I was able to smudge it a bit with some force. It took some effort to remove. I'd love to get it in some other colours too! Would wear again.
