Smells like really old perfume, and it didn't look very good when it was dry. I'll definitely stick with my drugstore conditioner, it works much better.

Got this in a travel size as a freebie. My hair is stick straight, fine, dyed, frequently heat-styled. It gets quite dry in winter, especially the ends. I have to spray b+b Invisible Oil Primer on after washing if I want any chance of coming through it. I tried the K-Pak product tonight and as I was applying it, my hair started to soften in my hands. Left it on for the recommended 3 minutes, rinsed clean. When I went to brush through my wet hair, I didn't even need the Primer! Partly dried it and let it finish air drying. Soft as silk. Shiny. Love.

I received this in a free sampler bag, so I figured why not give it a try. Oof. I pretty much knew right away by the smell that this was not going to give me the hydration punch I needed. Too fragrant and not in the good way, either. Like old woman musk. I left it on for 3-5 min as directed. My hair felt okay, not as great at my Pulp Riot conditioner does, but it didn't feel awful. HOWEVER, when my hair was dry it felt odd. My hair didn't feel dry, but definitely less moisturized than it usually is. It felt weighed down and kind of frizzy at the ends. I curled my hair and for whatever reason my curls would not brush out into the soft, bouncy curls I usually have. They were very piecy and my hair felt like it was lacking moisture and volume. I even tried using my hair oil and that didn't help. This product did pretty much exactly the opposite of what it's intended to do, so it's a no from me. Never been a fan of Joico, but wanted to give this a shot. I personally don't recommend.
