1. Apply Arrive Revived to the temples, under the chin, and on the soles of the feet.

2. Apply Peppermint Halo on to areas of tension.

3. Apply Dermedial Carrot+ lotion liberally as an all-over body moisturizer.

4. With eyes and mouth closed, mist entire face and body with Cool Down as desired, while inhaling deeply through the nose. Always shake any mist product well before use.
